Support Groups offer mothers the space to engage with other mothers who may share similar experiences. Groups are usually centered around a specific topic and typically last for 8 weeks. The group sessions are closed, meaning the same group of women will meet for 8 weeks. This offers the opportunity for participants to become comfortable with one other, and for each session to build on the previous one.
